Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch of your order we will alert you via email. If your order is being delivered by DPD you will receive a tracking email with your delivery reference and a link to the DPD tracking website. You can choose whether to receive email or text notifications on your order’s progress. free UK delivery
Delivery is free for all UK addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes.
delivery times and methods
Your order will be delivered by DPD and will be delivered the next working day after dispatch. Due to increased demand at present your order may take up to two working days to be dispatched.
Our delivery partners are also experiencing very high demand so delivery times may possibly be a little longer than usual and tracking may take up to one working day to be updated.
Please bear with us and we’ll make sure your order is delivered to you securely and as quickly as possible.
Addresses in Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

You can also choose various delivery options, including:
- select an alternative delivery date
- opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- leave in a specified safe place
- collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
- upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday (additional charges apply)
Smaller items sent via Royal Mail will not have a tracking email.
Please note: orders of a high quantity will be sent via a pallet delivery service and may take up to 3-5 working days.

changing or canceling an order
Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and dispatches your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in process cannot be modified. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.
