To track your order, please login to your account or set up an account by creating a password with the email you used to checkout. This allows you to log in and receive the most up to date information on your order.

Immediately after you make your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a second email upon dispatch of your order. DPD will send you a tracking email with your delivery reference and a link to the DPD tracking website. You can choose whether to receive email or text notifications on your order’s progress. free UK delivery

Next working day delivery is free for all mainland UK addresses.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes.

free Click and Collect

Click and Collect delivery option allows you to choose from one of 6,500+ convenient and secure pickup locations at checkout (or see here).

You have the benefit of collecting your parcel in extended business hours, weekends and some locations staying open 24 hours. Locations include local businesses and major outlets including Sainsbury's, Matalan, Morrisons, Argos, Post Office and Co-op locations.

Collection is available via DPD Pickup Shops only. Your order will be delivered by DPD on a next working day service. You will receive a tracking email from DPD with your delivery reference and a link to the DPD tracking website. On the day of collection please be ready to show your Pickup Pass (sent via email) to verify the collection at the selected store.

Please note: Click and Collect is unavailable for our larger items or orders of a high quantity. This service is only available mainland UK. You will have 6 days to collect your parcel, after this time period your parcel will make its way back to our distribution centre for a refund.

delivery times and methods

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on or one day before a UK bank holiday may take longer to be delivered. Please allow additional delivery time if you place your order on one of the following dates: 03/01/22, 15/04/22, 18/04/22, 02/05/22, 02/06/22, 03/06/22, 29/08/22, 25/12/22, 26/12/22 and 27/12/22.

Your order will be delivered by DPD on a next working day service. You will receive a tracking email from DPD with your delivery reference and a link to the DPD tracking website. You can choose whether to receive email or text notifications on your order's progress.

You can also choose various delivery options, including:

  • select an alternative delivery date
  • opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
  • leave in a specified safe place
  • collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
  • upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday (additional charges apply)

Addresses in Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Please note: orders of a high quantity will be sent via a pallet delivery service and may take up to 3-5 working days.

Saturday and Sunday delivery

Finding the time to receive your parcels during the working week can be at best tough, at worst, impossible. That’s why we’ve introduced Saturday and Sunday delivery to make things easier.

Saturday and Sunday delivery option fits around your schedule, and ensures your simplehuman order arrives safe, sound and on a day that suits you.

You can upgrade to this option for £3.99, orders over £49 is free.

changing or canceling an order

Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and dispatches your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in process cannot be modified. To enquire about changing or canceling your order, call 01491 875974 or email support@simplehuman.co.uk.

If you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.
