Immediately after you make your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a second email upon dispatch of your order. FedEx will send you a tracking email with your delivery reference and a link to the FedEx tracking website. You can choose whether to receive email or text notifications on your order’s progress. Click and Collect delivery option allows you to choose from one of 6,500+ convenient and secure pickup locations at checkout (or see here).
You have the benefit of collecting your parcel in extended business hours, weekends and some locations staying open 24 hours. Locations include local businesses and major outlets including Sainsbury's, Matalan, Morrisons, Argos, Post Office and Co-op locations.
Collection is available via DPD Pickup Shops only. Your order will be delivered by DPD on a next working day service. You will receive a tracking email from DPD with your delivery reference and a link to the DPD tracking website. On the day of collection please be ready to show your Pickup Pass (sent via email) to verify the collection at the selected store.
Please note: Click and Collect is unavailable for our larger items or orders of a high quantity. This service is only available mainland UK. You will have 6 days to collect your parcel, after this time period your parcel will make its way back to our distribution centre for a refund.

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
During exceptionally busy periods, active promotions (such as Friends&Family or Black Friday), and on or one day before a UK bank holiday, orders may take longer to be delivered. Please allow additional delivery time if you place your order on or before one of these dates.

Addresses in Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Saturday and Sunday delivery option fits around your schedule, and ensures your simplehuman order arrives safe, sound and on a day that suits you.

changing or cancelling an order
Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and dispatches your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in process cannot be modified. To enquire about changing or canceling your order, call 01491 875974 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.
