You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of the order being delivered. The product must be returned in an unopened and unused condition. You do not have to give a reason for your cancellation.

Returns are free when arranged by Simplehuman. For a full refund, items must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. Original packaging includes the outer box, all the interior packaging, product literature and all component parts. If your item was delivered to you in an additional protective brown box, this should also be used for the return. Unauthorised return postage costs cannot be refunded, and we will not accept products left at our office or distribution centre.
