How can I track my order?

You should have received tracking information via email with your tracking number and a timeframe for your delivery, if not please click here to be sent your tracking information.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, simply click here and fill in the form with your product registration number and photos of the defect.

Don’t worry if you didn’t register your product at the time of purchase, you can register it now by clicking here.

How do I register my product?

To register a product simply click here and fill in the form. You will need to supply your product’s serial number, sku (the unique product code which you can find on our website under product information) and your proof of purchase.

What liner does my bin take?

Have a simplehuman bin? Discover the perfect liner here or look underneath the lid for the liner code sticker.

If you do not have a simplehuman bin, you can check liner measurements here. Please note that capacity alone is not enough information to ensure a good fit – you will need to measure the circumference and height of the bin. Once you think you have the correct size, please email support@simplehuman.co.uk with your name, address and preferred liner code so we can send you a sample to try.

Where can I find the dimensions of a product?

All our products have their measurements displayed on their individual product page. Scroll down past the product information section to see the product dimensions image.

How can I find out when a product is back in stock?

To be notified when a product is back in stock, visit the product page and select the ‘please notify me when it’s available’ link - enter your email address to be first to hear when we restock.

How can I return a product?

Need to return? No worries! Click here to access our hassle-free online returns form.

Please note that returns are free within 45 days of purchase providing the product is unused and you have the original packing. Otherwise, please contact us on support@simplehuman.co.uk for assistance.

Can I buy spare/replacement parts?

What are your delivery fees?

For non-members, delivery is charged at £3.95 for small packets and £4.95 for everything else. The exact amount will be calculated during the checkout process depending on the items selected.

If you become a member, you can enjoy the perk of free delivery, as well as access to member exclusives and more. Delivery fees are removed at checkout.

How do I become a member?

How do I get a discount?

New Customer? Welcome! Please sign up to our mailing list using the form at the bottom of the page and you will receive a 10% discount code via email.

NHS? Thank you! Please access the simplehuman website via www.healthservicediscounts.com in order to receive your discount.

Why is my discount code not working?

Sorry to hear this! Please note discount codes cannot be combined nor used with any other offers. Codes received when registering a product are valid for 1 week and new customer codes are valid for 60 days.

Still think the code should work? Please email our customer support team at support@simplehuman.co.uk with your discount code and the item/s you'd like to purchase. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

If you wish to order products from the United States or Canada please visit simplehuman.com.

We currently ship to France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the Republic of Ireland, and Spain. We hope to launch our full EU website later this year, which will deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Gibraltar, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. How can I get a VAT invoice?

Which paper towels fit your paper towel holders and paper towel pumps?

Our tension arm paper towel holders and paper towel pumps are designed for use with paper towels with an inner tube at least 4cm wide and a maximum total roll width of 17cm.

Our wall mount paper towel holders are designed for use with paper towels with an inner tube at least 3cm wide and a maximum total roll width of 17cm.

The standard wall mount paper towel holder is for rolls measuring 22-23cm and the long wall mount paper towel holder is for rolls measuring 27-28cm.

Are your bin liners recyclable?

Our liners are made from polyethylene (PE) plastic which is widely recyclable. This plastic is classed as low density polyethylene (LDPE) and has a recycling code of 4. If your local council does not collect this with your recycling, most larger supermarkets do.
