I want to return my order

At simplehuman we offer free 45-day risk-free returns.

If you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just use our virtual assistant to organise your return and send the product back to us free of charge.

I want to cancel my order

Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and dispatches your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in process cannot be modified. Enquire about changing or canceling your order here.

If you can't contact us, simply refuse the delivery when it arrives. Let us know and we'll refund you as soon a possible.

Where is my order?

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on or one day before a UK bank holiday may take longer to be delivered. Please allow additional delivery time if you place your order on one of the following dates: 03/01/22, 15/04/22, 18/04/22, 02/05/22, 02/06/22, 03/06/22, 29/08/22, 25/12/22, 26/12/22 and 27/12/22.

Your order will be delivered by DPD on a next working day service. Addresses in Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Please note: orders of a high quantity will be sent via a pallet delivery service and may take up to 3-5 working days.

I want to make a warranty claim/my product has a fault

We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last in tough environments like your home — for years. We stand by our products. If something goes wrong, we do our best to help solve the problem. Begin a warranty claim here.

Our custom fit liners are tailored to fit our bins, so they dont slip and stay neatly hidden. Find the correct liner for you bin here.

Do you price match?

At simplehuman, we love our products. We also love our web store and want to make sure you never pay more at simplehuman.co.uk than at one of our licensed retail store partners. So, if you find an identical simplehuman product at another retailer for a lower price, we will gladly match that price (conditions apply - more info).
