We will gladly exchange or refund any item purchased directly from simplehuman.co.uk for a period of 60 days from the original date of purchase. Unless the product is damaged or becomes faulty, products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store and not from any of our associated retailers.

NOTE: If you received an item that was damaged in transport, please email us or telephone 01491 875 974. simplehuman will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

Post the completed form with the items you are returning to the address below. Make sure your package is clearly marked 'simplehuman web order returns' and has sufficient postage. For extra peace of mind, you may wish to send it via recorded delivery.
