All simplehuman products are backed by the added security of our limited warranty. We warrant that your simplehuman product will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for the duration of the warranty period. Should it become necessary, simplehuman will replace the item.

  • In order to provide better service we ask you to complete the online warranty registration form. If you choose not to complete the online registration, please retain a copy of your dated proof of purchase.
  • Your simplehuman product has been manufactured to strict specifications and has been designed for use with simplehuman authorised accessories and replacement parts. These warranties expressly exclude any defects or damages caused by accessories, replacement parts or repair service other than those authorised by simplehuman.
  • Warranty is available on consumer retail purchases only. Specially discounted and/or discontinued merchandise is not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
  • Warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages that result from user mishandling, or use of a simplehuman product in any other than its intended, household capacity.
