What are the warranty terms for my simplehuman product?
All simplehuman products are backed by the added security of our limited warranty. We warrant that your simplehuman product will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for the duration of the warranty period. Should it become necessary, simplehuman will replace parts or the whole item.

How do I register my simplehuman product?
To register, fill out the product registration form. Be sure to keep a copy of your proof of purchase, such as your receipt, to verify the date you purchased the item. You may be asked for a copy of your proof of purchase should you require warranty service for your simplehuman product.

How do I register my product if I received it as a gift?
You can still register your product online by filling out the product registration form.
