How do I check the status of my order?
Your order confirmation email should include a reference number. Please email Customer Support or call us on 01491 875 974, quoting your reference number, and we'll gladly check the status of your order.
I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
Call Customer Support on 01491 875 974 and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot take international orders, including continental Europe and the rest of the world, although we do take orders from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. For orders from America or Canada, please visit www.simplehuman.com.
How do I return an item that I purchased on simplehuman.co.uk?
We will gladly give you an exchange, credit or refund for any item purchased directly from simplehuman.co.uk for a period of 60 days from the original date of purchase.
