We will gladly exchange or refund any item purchased directly from simplehuman.co.uk for a period of 45 days from the original date of purchase. We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store and not from any of our associated retailers.

NOTE: If you received an item that was damaged in transport, please email us or telephone 01491 875 974. simplehuman will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

Post the completed form with the items you are returning to the address below. Make sure your package has sufficient postage and is sent via recorded delivery.
